Terminy stosowane w tekstach ustaw vs. terminy z innych źródeł

Czy tłumacząc teksty prawnicze kierujecie się zawsze terminami stosowanymi w tekstach ustaw? Co jeżeli w innych raczej rzetelnych źródłach, np na EUR-lexie, znaleźliście inne tłumaczenie danego terminu?

nigdy nie stosuję i b.rzadko czytam bo po co? Jul 18, 2020

w tłumaczeniach mi nie pomogą, bo nie mam takich z angielskiego związanych z ustawami
