Hello,
I am halfway through a 2 week project containing 223 html files. I decided to check how many words left I had to translate. I selected the remaining files and clicked on Analyse. But Workbench just closed, without warning. I tried with different files, same result. I also tried to clean some files, and I am getting the message "Unexpected error when reading file".

Hello,
I am halfway through a 2 week project containing 223 html files. I decided to check how many words left I had to translate. I selected the remaining files and clicked on Analyse. I use Windows XP SP1 and Trados 6.5.1.406.
I am desperate for help, as I now have one week to complete the project.

Problems associated with 6.5.1
Oct 20, 2004
Hi Gisèle,
I use Windows XP SP1 and Trados 6.5.1.406.
You may want to try upgrading your version - 6.5.1 contained numerous bugs, and was replaced by 6.5.2.417 at the beginning of the year (which in turn was upgraded to 6.5.5.438/439 recently).
Best regards, Ralf

Oct 21, 2004
Hi Ralf,
Thank you for your reply. I have ordered the upgrade to 6.5.2 which, unfortunately, takes several days to process according to the Website. I'll try not to panic.
Best regards, Gisèle
