Project management: which translation tool should I use?

Hi, I am a student of the European master in Specialized Translation, and I want to write an essay in which I compare 2 translation tools. In this comparison I will focus on the following question: which tool offers the best features for managing a project? Do some tools pay more attention to the structure of a project than others? And how do these features manifest themselves?

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!
