Inserting target equivalent from translation results pane

On page 14 of the Quick Start Guide, it says: “To insert the target equivalent from the selected hit into the translation, press Ctrl+Space.”
This doesn't work, it simply opens the concordance window. I have tried all the other suggestions for copying words from the translation pane into my target text box and they all just open the concordance window.
Any ideas? I'm using version 4.2.

Thank you in advance

Nicola

Double-clicking? Sep 15, 2010

You mean that you want to pick some item from the Translation results list? Just double-click it, or press Ctrl plus the number shown between the source and target. Does this help?

No, I'm afraid it doesn't help Sep 15, 2010

Thanks very much for the suggestions, but I've tried doing both those things and it still just opens the concordance window.

Best wishes

Nicola
