Can automatic tag insertion be switched off?

I'm working on a document with lots of tags that are automatically inserted at the end of practically every segment, but not in the spot they belong. That is how it should be, I guess, seeing as MemoQ can't know where they belong, but I'd rather have no tags inserted at all. I can add them much better myself by placing the cursor and pushing F8. Can this automatic tag insertion at the end of the segment be turned off?
