memoQ 8.7.10 translator pro: Power outage and projects disappear from memoQ...

...and I have an awful lot of them, filed as clients, some with one project, others with some, or many, with TMs and TBs shared.

Got the file but (a) cannot understand how to get the .mprx files out of it and (b) how to "reintroduce" them in memoQ.

Any ideas?.

Thanks a lot indeed. That happened 75% through a project, storm, ensuing power cut that lasted a few seconds, reopening everything in the PC and on opening memoQ, the projects area appears blank...... See more

They once fixed a catastrophic issue for me in a truly mind-boggling 3 minutes.

Literally. 3 minutes after I submitted the request, I got a reply that told me how to fix it.

And I don't even own a MemoQ license.
