In my meaner moments, I discombobulate the caller by pressing for answers to questions such as "Which of the computers in my household are you talking about?", "What is your company's exact name and address and what is its relationship with Microsoft?" and "How do you come to have information about my computer and what authorises you to hold this information?". They soon hang up on me.
