Can't create return package - Studio 2021

Hello All,

I've just installed Studio 2021, was using 2019 yesterday and everything was fine, now I can not create a return package - I could yesterday, with "equal" packages from the same client plataform. Originally it was a WorldServer package.

The error message I get is "The required package converter 'packagename' to generate the return package is not installed".

Any suggestions, please?

Hello,

Thanks a lot: it worked like a charm!

Can't understand why:
1) SDL doesn't include this in the default instalation, specially considering they make both products;
2) The error message doesn't prompt you to install the component.

I agree with what has been said before and don't understand why SDL doesn't provide it by default for paid licenses.
