When you click the edit icon to edit your credentials, it gives more information: At ProZ.com, a credential is a degree, certification, or diploma issued by an educational or certifying institution upon completion of a translation or language course, or upon passing a test or examination process. And it links to a FAQ: https://www.proz.com/faq/profiles.html#credentials
